Ok I had this friend who used to cut my hair for free. His name was (still is) Zagoto. We weren’t close or anything, but he was one of those easy going neutral dudes. He left years ago to serve on the island of Nias.
Last night I learned that his island was one of the islands hit most hardest by the tsunami. And he was fortunate to survive, by dangling on a tree with one hand while holding his child with the other. His wife climbed up a power pole and survived too. Good thing they shut down electricity in time.
This is as personal as it gets. Nature is waging war with me! But I’m wondering when dude got married. Man.. everyone’s married around here! Damn!!
