Drove around Kuta this afternoon and saw this on a wall. Can’t decide whether I should consider it art or trashing.

Ooh, I posted a similar question about six months ago on my own blog! My thoughts on the issue are that people’s tags which they write on walls is graffiti, but commissioned pieces I’ll generally label as art. So, that painting in the bottom-left corner is art, but the rest is mainly graffiti. The 3 logo is neither art nor graffiti
Good thoughts. I remember back in Pasadena they had better “art” but down here I just can’t decide, while I do enjoy some most just seem like crap.
