Babi = pork in Indonesian. This dish is called babi guling, which roughly translates to rolled babi, which is how they roast the babi, by rolling it on a stick on top of fire. It’s Bali’s staple dish and it’s so fucking delicious if I had my own little way I’d eat babi every day.
