I’ve heard this for years, is it finally gettin real? It would be awesome if they make it available around the globe. Then everyone with light-bulb-lit homes can access the net, and the ‘worldwide’ part of www would actually start to make sense! More at Wired News.

Mm, I’d love to have broadband…it’s hard to get here in Australia because the telecoms companies have such a monopoly over things…very backward way to run things.
